Rental Procedure Following these steps wiil ensure a smooth event When your order arrives, please be sure to check the quantity ordered Save the box(s)/container(s) the items were delivered in so that they may be re-used for pick up Shake linens to remove any debris. Make sure they are dry, folded. Do not wrap the linens in plastic bags. All dishes/flatware/glasses must be rinsed of food particles and returned to their respective racks/containers Excessive soiling and missing items will be charged accordingly If not renting a tent - Please be sure rentals are kept all together in an unlocked place protected from the weather ready for pick up. If renting a tent - Please be sure ALL rentals are underneath the tent ready for pick up. Scan the house, garage, etc. for any strays. If a return trip is required a $50 fee will be charged for return pick up. Charges for installations requiring extra time or material will be added to the final bill
